Good value for money - good BPO services provided

I would like to review BPO and call centre company named Thakur International. I have requested them for call center outsourcing services in case of our business growth and we wanted to pay more attention to our customers. It is important to say, that employees are well-educated and speaks many languages, so no matter where does your business situated, they can help you wherever you are.
About quality, I can say, that this is good value for good money. It is not so much expensive, but it is enough qualitative.
They sent daily reports as it is required and our customers are grateful.
In some months we will need iOS app development services, so probably we will hire this company again. We were working together for six months and we stopped cooperate because we did not need call centre any more, but if we will need to hire virtual assistant, we will hire them for sure.
